The Club comprises of three committees(Market Development Committee,Technology Committee and Demand Survey committee) and five sub-committees, or working groups and a secretariat which generalizes the activities of these committees.
The sub-committees formulate a business plan annually which is delibrated by the steering committee and approved by the general assembly and the board of directors. The approved plans are executed by the sub-committees.
